Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.sindhupackers.com and the services provided by Sindhu Packers and Movers (referred to as "we", "our" or "us"). By accessing the website, submitting a booking request, or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide packing, moving, transportation, loading/unloading, warehousing and related relocation services as described on our website. Service specifics, scheduling, pricing and other commercial terms are set out in the quotation or booking confirmation provided to the customer.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings require a confirmed reservation from us. A booking becomes confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation (including email or SMS). Quotations provided are valid for the period specified and may be withdrawn or revised by us prior to confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms (advance, balance, accepted modes) will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Failure to remit payment as required may result in suspension or cancellation of services. Any taxes, tolls, permits or statutory charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on notice period and operational costs; specific fees will be as set out in the quotation or confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to safety concerns, force majeure events or regulatory restrictions.

5. Customer Obligations

The customer shall: (a) provide accurate information regarding items to be moved, addresses, access conditions and any special requirements; (b) ensure all goods are properly packed (unless packing is part of the contracted service); (c) secure necessary permissions for vehicle access and parking; and (d) inform us of any hazardous, perishable or high-value items in advance.

6. Valuation, Liability & Claims

We take reasonable care in providing services. Except where a higher declared value and insurance have been arranged, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms set out in the booking confirmation or as required by applicable law. Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the booking documents; failure to submit a claim within that time may result in forfeiture of rights to claim.

7. Insurance

Insurance coverage is available and can be arranged upon request at additional cost. Unless insurance is specifically purchased, items are moved at the customer's risk. We strongly recommend customers arrange appropriate insurance for high-value or fragile goods.

8. Storage & Warehousing

Where warehousing or storage services are provided, charges, liability terms and storage conditions will be set out in the relevant agreement. Storage is subject to availability and will be governed by separate storage terms if provided.

9. Dangerous & Prohibited Items

We will not accept or transport goods that are illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, corrosive, perishable or otherwise prohibited. Items not declared and subsequently discovered may be removed, destroyed or returned at the customer's expense. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or legal consequences arising from the customer's failure to declare such items.

10. Access & Delays

Delays caused by access constraints, incorrect addresses, lack of permissions or other third-party actions may attract additional charges. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
